The Project

Who Dares was commissioned by Falck Safety Services UK in early 2018 to implement an initial 6-week trial of paid search promotions with the aim of boosting self-sponsor online course bookings.  This initial period of activity saw a demonstrable impact on the level of site activity and crucially, the number of site conversions.

After this successful trial and implementation period the decision was taken to extend the campaign throughout 2018 and now into 2019.

As part of the contract, Who Dares:

  • Built the campaign.
  • Worked with internal Falck teams to implement and install conversion tracking on relevant Falck digital assets.
  • Built and introduced a real-time data dashboard of campaign stats.
  • Managed the campaign including creative amendments and technical strategy.

As part of our 2018 UK digital marketing strategy, Who Dares Marketing supported the strategy, build and implementation of our digital campaigns via a range of online channels for Falck Safety Services UK. The team worked closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure that the correct reporting statistics were monitored, and continuous campaign improvement was maintained.
