In the seocnd half of 2019 Who Dares Marketing was contracted to provide a new website and bespoke customer portal for newly launched facilities management company Intelligent FM.

Tired of the way facilities management jobs have been traditional managed IFM were keen to establish its own customer portal where businesses could log and track jobs.

A key part of the portal would be login functionality, bespoke forms for each customer to be able to manage and track jobs and the ability for quick and easy creation of customer accounts on the IFM end.

Launched at the end of 2019 the IFM website and portal has enabled the business to streamline its job enquiry processes and increase its activity rate for customers.
