The Project

As part of its 2019 marketing strategy, premier Scottish horse racing venue, Musselburgh Racecourse was looking to introduce a more comprehensive email marketing strategy using the Mailchimp platform. The aim was to increase revenue per customer as well as unlock lucrative cross and up selling opportunities.

As part of this process, Who Dares was asked to deliver a training workshop to its marketing team and wider partners on use of the Mailchimp email platform (Musselburgh Racecourse’s preferred provider) and offer up suggestions on how to maximise the opportunities it presents.
